Carriage Rental charges:
$250.00 for the first hour
(for events in the downtown area of Galena)
$350.00 for the first hour
(for events at Eagle Ridge Resort)
$445.00 for the first hour
(for events within a 30 mile radius of Galena)
$100.00 for each additional hour or $25.00 per quarter hour
50% deposit required to reserve the carriage for a certain date.
(All deposits include a non-refundable $50.00 booking fee).
Balance to be paid in full the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is refundable for cancellation made 30 days prior to reserved booked dates. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reserved date will incur a non-refundable $50.00 booking fee.
Should the unthinkable happen regarding weather or unsafe conditions: excess wind, temperature (feeling like) 90 plus Degrees Fahrenheit, wind chill below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, slippery road conditions due to ice, limited visibility due to fog, etc resulting in carriage service being unable to appear for the event, all monies will be promptly and cheerfully refunded.
NOTE: If the rain is only slight, the carriage top will provide about the same protection as an umbrella. In that event the livery service can take place as planned.

Arrive at the wedding ceremony venue in the style and grace of our Victorian Carriage and delight your guests with this unexpected element. You can be are assured of a most luxurious experience on the most important day of your life.
We specialize in weddings and understand the importance of keeping all wedding attire spotless!
- Our Victorian Carriage is impressive in appearance, properly maintained and spotlessly clean with:
~Exterior coach lamps,~Plush upholstered interiors,~Handmade coachwork by Amish craftsmen dedicated to quality,authenticity and serviceability. - Your carriage driver and footman will arrive in top hat and tails,
- Your carriage will be specially decorated with flowers and wedding bows for the occasion,
- Jack, our beloved Clydesdale, will be properly groomed and ready for those memorable photos.
Safety - Our carriage is equipped with:
- Rubber-covered wheels,
- Hydraulic brakes,
- Lights, turn signals and hazard flashers,
- A horse diaper is used to catch any horse droppings.
Worry-Free, Reliable Transportation:
- Our coach will arrive on time and fulfill the same practical function as a limousine - with far more romance!
- Our horse is of a calm temperament and has been extensively trained to draw a carriage in traffic.
- If your wedding venue is outside of the Downtown area of Galena, both horse and carriage are transported by truck to your general area, then hitched up and driven to your designated location by a coachman in formal attire. (Cost varies based on the mileage and time required).
The Experience is unlimited:
- Bring a celebratory bottle of bubbly, or ask us to supply one for you.
- You might want to consider pre-booking us for your first wedding anniversary. What could be more romantic than the two of you re-living your special day?
- Capture the romance on film - stunning portraits and videos can be achieved using our Victorian Carriage as a backdrop. If time permits:
~We can plan to stop off at a scenic spot for a brief photo session. ~Many of our brides have chosen to bring a small snack for their horse....sugar cubes, apple slices or carrots. This is always welcome and makes for a darling picture! ~We can provide suggestions for an appropriate location.~We can also consult with your photographer and videographer prior to the event.
